I am an Olympia, WA, based artist, coach, teacher and facilitator gifted in bridging intellect with intuition, structure with flow, and creating environments that allow people to tap into their true nature and deepest wisdom, and to integrate, and ultimately transcend, old conditioned patterns.
The creative process fascinates me, both in practical applications (e.g. leadership, business, design, and innovation) as well as in more expressive and artistic endeavors. As a recovering perfectionist and control-freak, I recognize that engaging Mystery -- becoming comfortable with not knowing and being with what is -- makes all the difference in the world!
This capacity to stand in Mystery and turn towards the full spectrum of our direct experience and multi-dimensional nature is a powerful doorway to profound intelligence, personal transformation, authentic and deeply soul-full self-expression, and awakening into a deep trust in oneself and Life.
It is my privilege and joy to support people to live more fully, freely, authentically, and creatively. I love offering these services and they express an integration and transcendence of my early studies - I have a BS in Chemical Engineering, and an MA in Psychology (and also completed doctoral coursework in Psychology) with a certificate in Expressive Arts. I am a teacher of the Trillium Awakening spiritual path, have completed training inInner Relationship Focusing, and Judith Blackstone'sRealization Process, and am a certified Universal Consciousness Facilitator, as well as a certified Biofield Tuning practitioner.
